Collect	5 mL 24-hour urine with 25 mL 6N HCI collected in a 24-hour urine container. Also acceptable: Frozen 24-hour preserved urine or unpreserved urine
Transport	Transfer urine ambient (Min: 1.5 mL). * Collection Instructions * After urine collection, add 25 mL 6N HCL to maintain a pH below 3. Urine without preservative is acceptable if pH is below 6 and the sample is shipped frozen. Record 24-hour urine volume and patient's age on test requisition and urine vial.
