Inspiring words from CEO Rita Romano

As Laboratory Alliance begins our 26th year of service to our patients and clients, a truly incredible accomplishment, I am deeply grateful to our dedicated employees. This past year we were privileged to recognize and honor 37 employees who celebrated their 25-year anniversary with our company in addition to 35 employees who celebrated milestone anniversaries of 5,10,15 and 20 years.
Since its inception in 1998, Laboratory Alliance has been fully committed to delivering high quality, accurate and timely laboratory results. As the region’s only locally owned and operated reference laboratory, we are uniquely aligned and responsive to the needs of the healthcare providers in Central New York and supporting them in the care of patients in our community.
We have had many accomplishments this past year from attracting new talent to our workforce, adding state-of-the art technology and opening two new Patient Service Centers to improve access for patients in previously untapped markets. Also, we have affiliated with strategic partners to better enhance our services in 2024.
We look forward to building on our strengths that set us apart in serving our community and let us never lose focus on why we work so hard to serve our patients and the healthcare providers who depend on us to deliver high quality laboratory service.
