East Syracuse Patient Service Center relocated to larger suite in same building

Our Patient Service Center located in East Syracuse at 5000 Brittonfield Parkway, Suite A108 relocated to a larger suite down the hall. The new location in Suite A116 opened Monday, April 1.
Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, open during lunch hours.
