Screen cut-off: 300 ng/mL. Urine levels in methadone maintenance patients range from 1 to 5 ug/mL (100-500 ng/mL) 24 hours after methadone dose. This screening method detects methadone in human urine. The screening method does not detect the metabolite 1-a-acetylmethadol (LAAM) in concentrations that would be found in urine of patients on LAAM therapy. |
