Transport | 1 mL serum or plasma refrigerated (Min: 0.5 mL). Separate serum/plasma from cells ASAP or within 2 hours of collection. |
Remarks | Patient preparation: Pre-dose (trough) draw - At steady state concentration. |
Stability | After separation from cells: 5 days; Refrigerated: 2 weeks; Frozen: 6 months |
Unacceptable Conditions | Whole blood, separator tubes, light blue top (citrate), or yellow top (SPS or ACD solution) tubes. |
